When you create your account you get 48 hours free to try it. After that, if you want to keep using it, you pick a plan and add a payment method. If you don't, the account goes inactive with no automatic charge.

Yes. In English, plans are billed in US dollars through Stripe: US$ 29 a month (or US$ 290 a year) for one person, and each extra platform is US$ 9 a month.
